Pay your maintenance fees online
Owners can now pay maintenance fees online through their owner account. The first time you visit, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your owner number (your unit and week, shown at the top of your statement) and your email address. You'll get an email with a link to set your password.
If you own more than one unit, each one has its own account, so you'll set up a separate login for each one you pay. If you have any trouble getting in, call the front desk at (530) 544-2426 and we'll be happy to help.
